How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@mathbuddyai.com and we will pass your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through paddle.net. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
