How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@mathbuddyai.com with your order email address, and we will process your refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment if you change your mind. Request the refund from your dashboard — no questions asked. After 7 days, cancellations stop future renewals but do not include a refund for the current billing period.

Cancellation
